Add engagement

Add engagement and workstream to manage compliance work.

You will want to add engagements and work streams to your client. Work streams are not mandatory but can help you further differentiate workspaces under an engagement. Engagements and work streams are essentially the project workspaces that you create. These project workspaces are separate from each other because they have their own users and agents.

Hint

Let's say there is a master engagement letter under which you have different engagements for the preparation of Master File / Local files, the provision of an OTP control center, and advice on a policy restructuring. In this case you could create engagements called, for example, "Compliance", "OTP", and "Restructuring". This will enable you to optimally manage users, files, content, and agents for each of these three projects.

Add an engagement

In the menu bar select "Engagements".

Select "New Engagement"

In the top panel select "New Engagement".

Define the engagement

In the engagement window choose the client to which the engagement belongs, and specify the engagement name. Optionally, specify a work stream name. If no work stream name is defined it will become the "Default Work Stream". Confirm by clicking "Create".
