Set up data vault
Initialize and structure your organizational-wide and client-specific data vaults.
Your organization's and client's data vault helps you collect a repository of valuable transfer pricing materials and keep things tidy in one place.
Access Rights
Your organizational data vault helps you store materials specific to your organization, only accessible by members of your organization. If you are working with t0 as a consultancy you can create a data vault for each of your clients, only accessible by the client and members of your organization that are assigned to the specific client.
Organizational data vault
The organizational data vault is set up by default for your organization other than your clients' data vaults, which need to be created.
Navigate to "Data Vault"
In the menu bar select "Data Vault".
Organize directories
Rename, delete, and add directories in the Left Panel of the data vault.
Client data vault
Your clients' data vaults are not initialized by default. Create a client-specific data vault following the steps below.
Navigate to "Data Vault"
In the menu bar select "Data Vault".
Initialize data vault
Select a client in the Top Bar. Then initialize this client's data vault by clicking on "Initialize for [Client Name]" in the middle of the screen.
In the Left Panel a new directory group will appear on the top called "Client Workspace".
Organize directories
Rename, delete, and add directories in the Left Panel of the data vault.
