The roadmap is a great way to stay to efficiently prioritize your work and stay on top engagement processes and deliverables. The roadmap view allows you to visualize on a timeline client/engagement/work stream project duration staying in control of processes with activities, milestones, and deadlines.
Requirements
For the roadmap to work your client and or engagement tables need a start and end date column. Create those following the steps in Organize Clients and/or Organize Engagements.
To get started you first map start and end date of clients, engagements, and/or work streams.
Map your roadmap
Navigate to "Roadmap"
In the menu bar select "Roadmap".
Map start date
Map the start date from your client and/or engagement table. In our example, we have added a start date column to the engagement table and populated the date for every every work stream.
Map end date
Map the end date from your client and/or engagement table. In our example, we have added an end date column to the engagement table and populated the date for every every work stream.
