Manage agents
Create, work on, and assign agents.
Your organization's and client's data vault helps you collect a repository of valuable transfer pricing materials and keep things tidy in one place.
Workflow suggestion
Create agents first under My Agents which are accessible to your organization and can be reused by your team for other clients. Once you are happy with the state of an agent under My Agents move them to your client's agent workspace. Clients can then start using these agents. If you want to play around in an environment only viewable by yourself switch the organization in the profile menu to "Personal Workspace". Here you can experiment without convoluting the organizational space.
Create an agent
Create an agent accessible to your entire organization and viewable under My Agents.
Navigate to "Agents"
In the menu bar select "Agents".
Select "New Agent"
In the top panel select "New Agent". Assign a name to the agent in the agent window and press "Create".
Alternatively, you can create an agent directly in your client workspace. For that, choose a client in the top bar and select "New Client Agent" in the top panel.
Assign an agent to a client
To start client work you assign one of your organization's agents to a client. The agents under "My Agents" were created by your organization or yourself. To move agents from My Agents to the Client Agents hover on an agent and select "Use to Create Agent".
Rename and add description to an agent
Click on an agent. Go to the editor on the assistant panel and populate the name and description fields.
Change the status of an agent
Click on an agent. Go to the editor on the assistant panel and select the status of an agent under the "Status" field. The options available are "Ready", "Draft", and "Archived".
Open an agent
Hover on an agent and click on "Open" to enter and work with an agent.
