Create reusable components to expedite your work.
Convert text elements to components to expedite your work in the future and share amongst your organization. Systematically creating and maintaining components can significanlty influence productivity, improve quality, and ensure consistency.
Convert elements to components
Open agent
In the menu bar select "Agents". Hover on agent and click "Open".
Go to information request
In the top panel inside an agent select "Information Request".
Make component
Highlight any elements (text, tables, etc.) to open a menu above the highlight.
Give the component a name in the component window.
The component will appear in the assistant panel under "Components".
Reuse components
Put your cursor in the line where you would like a component to be added. Drag and drop a component from the assistant panel onto the information request's main editor.
